What we build when it is our own money

These are ours. Nobody commissioned them, nobody signed off the scope, and there is nobody else to blame for the parts that are not finished — which is why each one says which parts those are.

Why these are on the site

Client work you
have to take on trust

Most of what we build belongs to somebody else, and a good deal of it cannot be shown at all. These can. You can read what the thing does, what it refuses to do, and what is still missing — which is closer to evidence than a logo on a page. It also means our own products are held to the standard we ask clients to hold us to: the limits are published before the launch copy, not after.

An idea of your own

If you are weighing up whether to build one — or whether a system you already run could be sold to somebody else — that is a conversation we have had with ourselves, expensively, and we will tell you the parts that were harder than expected.
