Terms

These terms cover this website and the enquiry form on it. Work we do for a client is governed by that engagement's own agreement, not by this page.

Using this site

The site is published by BDG, Dublin, Ireland. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. Do not use it to break the law, and do not attack the contact form.

What is written here

The descriptions of what we do are a summary, not advice and not an offer. Nothing on this site creates an obligation on either of us. What we can actually do for you, on what terms and at what price, is settled in writing before any work starts.

Sending an enquiry

Sending the form does not create a contract or a client relationship. We aim to reply within one business day; that is a commitment we make to ourselves about how we work, not a guarantee you can rely on.

Please do not send confidential material through the form. Describe the problem — that is enough for a first conversation, and the right place for anything sensitive is after a confidentiality agreement, not before. What happens to what you do send is set out in our privacy policy.

Liability

We keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is either. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on this site alone. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
