The work we have done enough times to price up front

Some jobs are different every time. Others we have built often enough that pretending each one is bespoke would only be a way of charging you for the uncertainty.

Who this is for

  • You want to know the cost before a conversation, not after three.
  • What you need is common enough that it should not require a bespoke quote.
  • You would rather buy a defined thing than an open-ended engagement.

How it works

01

The package says exactly what it contains

Not a tier name and a feature list, but the actual deliverables, the number of rounds of revision, and the date it finishes.

02

It says what it does not contain

A fixed price only stays fixed if both sides know where the edge is. The exclusions are part of the package, not the small print.

03

You can outgrow it

If halfway through it becomes clear the job is bigger than the package, we stop and say so rather than delivering something that technically matches.

Out of scope

What a package excludes

Content and copywriting, unless the package says otherwise. Third-party licences and subscriptions. Data migration from a system nobody has looked at yet. Integrations with anything not named in the package. Ongoing maintenance after handover — that is a retainer.

Your side

What we need from you

Content and access at the start rather than in pieces, one person to approve, and revisions used within the rounds the package includes.

A fixed timeline only holds if the material to work on arrives at the start. Waiting is what turns four weeks into nine.

Where we stop

Where this stops being the right shape

A package is the wrong answer to an unusual problem. If yours does not fit one, we will say so rather than selling you the nearest size and quietly doing the extra work badly.
