A conversation establishes fit. Discovery is paid work, with its scope and fee agreed before it starts. No open-ended free audit.

Paid discovery
Map the problem, dependencies and constraints. The output is a proposed statement of work with scope, exclusions and pricing.

Agree the milestones
Before delivery starts, agree responsibilities, acceptance criteria, review windows and how changes are quoted.

Build & validate
Review the work at each agreed milestone. Test in a staging environment and record acceptance before release.

Handover & next steps
Transfer access and documentation. The agreement defines the defect warranty; ongoing changes and maintenance are separate.

- Your access stays yours
- Client-owned accounts and access are the starting point. Ownership, licensing and handover terms are recorded in the agreement.
- Changes have a process
- Requests outside the signed scope receive a separate estimate and approval before work begins.
- No invisible commitments
- Acceptance, testing, warranty and business-hours response targets are agreed per engagement. We do not offer infrastructure cover, guaranteed uptime or an on-call service.
